What we collect

When you use the form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email address, company name, the type of entity, what you need, and anything you add in the message field, plus an optional phone number. Our web host and Cloudflare record the usual server information (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site and defend it from abuse.

How we use it

To reply to you, to set up registered agent service if you go ahead, and to keep the records the District requires a registered agent to keep. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

Documents served on your company

Once we are your registered agent, documents served on us for your company are scanned to the contact you designate and retained in your file. We treat them as confidential and share them only with the people your company has authorized, or as the law requires.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our office email through a transactional email provider and stored there and in our records system. Both are hosted in the United States.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where the law allows. If you are a client, some records must be retained for the period the District requires.
